Create an invoice from your business, client and line-item details. Revise it in the same conversation and download the updated files.

Your payment details

Choose bank transfer, a digital wallet, both, or none. The plugin asks for the receiving details you want to display on the invoice.

Your business branding

Choose an accent color and provide an optional logo. Include discounts, shipping, amounts already paid and your payment terms.

How to use it

  1. After installing the plugin in a compatible host, ask it to create an invoice.
  2. Provide your seller and client information, invoice number, dates, currency, items, quantities and prices. Supply any tax rate or discount you want applied.
  3. Choose which bank or wallet receiving details to include. You can omit payment methods.
  4. Review the totals, tax treatment and payment identifiers before downloading or sharing your invoice.

Payment details stay under your control

Only provide receiving information intended to appear on your invoice: an account holder and account number or IBAN, or a wallet provider and receiving identifier. Public cryptocurrency addresses need an explicit network.

Never provide passwords, PINs, one-time codes, card security codes, seed phrases or private keys. The plugin displays your chosen methods; it does not connect to a bank, move funds or initiate payments.

Before you generate an invoice

PDF generation needs a host that supports running the included generator with its PDF dependency. If PDF export is unavailable, the plugin explains the limitation and can offer HTML or an invoice in chat.

The current version supports one supplied invoice-wide tax rate. It does not select tax rates or guarantee tax compliance, maintain an invoice database, deliver invoices automatically or process payments.
